Support, services and warranty
Most of the product sold at JTC Inc. carries an original manufacturer warranty, in majority of cases an ON-SITE three years limited warranty.

What the condition grades mean for warranty
The grade shown against every product tells you what warranty comes with it. Factory sealed units carry the full HP factory warranty; new open box and bulk box units carry the balance of it; HP Factory Remarketed units carry a 1 year or 3 year HP factory warranty as stated in the product description.
